I Don't Check Boxes, send videos, or Booklets.
I'm Coming to Your School!

Most character and culture development programs hand a school a curriculum and disappear. This isn't that.

I personally come to your school, meet your coaches, talk to your kids, and make periodic stops to ensure I hold up my end of the deal.

I can't help your school if I don't know what's working and what's not.

What a Partnership Looks Like

Year One -  Launch

I come to you.

First, I meet with your coaches to make sure they understand the system and how to empower players to take ownership of it.

Then I meet directly with your athletes—the young men and women who will actually be living it every day.

I'll spend time with your team leaders. Whether that's 15 leaders, 4 leaders, or any number that fits your program, I want them to understand that if they truly want to build a great culture, there are a few non-negotiables.

Every championship program is built on a foundation long before trophies are won. The stronger the foundation, the higher the cathedral can rise.

I'll bring the bracelets and all supporting materials with me. Coaches receive a guide. Players receive a guide. Both are designed to provide structure, ideas, and direction.

But I don't want this culture to become mine.

I want it to become theirs.

The goal is 100% player ownership.

The goal is to free coaches to spend more time doing what they do best—coaching.

The goal is to develop young men and women who understand how to be accountable, how to hold others accountable, and how to have the maturity and resilience to be held accountable themselves.

Because real leadership isn't just accepting praise.

It's accepting responsibility.

And great cultures are built when players learn to do both.

Throughout the Semesters - Speaking & Accountability Check In's

**All set based on AD and Head Coach Terms

This system only works if there is complete buy-in from the players.

It is designed to create ownership, accountability, and leadership. It is also designed to expose anyone who is more concerned with being "too cool" than contributing to what the team is trying to build.

Culture is a choice. Every player either strengthens it or weakens it.

I would also like to come back one or two times during the semester.

I can speak on anything the coaches need reinforced, meet with the team leaders, evaluate what is working, identify what needs improvement, and help keep the momentum moving forward.

Just as importantly, it allows the players to see that I'm invested too.

If I'm going to ask them to put in the work required to live the lifestyle of a M.A.D.E. athlete, then I have a responsibility to live it myself.

I don't want to be someone who talks about discipline, accountability, effort, and leadership from a distance.

I want them to see those standards modeled, because culture is always caught faster than it is taught.

Culture is built when leaders consistently do the things they ask others to do.

Why It's Different

Talent isn't the separator. Attitude is.

And attitude doesn't develop from a binder sitting on a shelf or a workbook that gets checked off and forgotten.

It is built when someone consistently shows up and reinforces the standard again and again and again until those behaviors become part of who your athletes are, not just something they were told once.

That's why I keep this personal.

That's why I want to be in the building, not just on the website.

I'm there to reinforce the message, support the coaches, challenge the leaders, and help ensure the standard becomes part of the culture long after I'm gone.

I also love working with young athletes and helping coaches like my dad.

I know how hard you work and how little time you have. If I can give you some of that time back, I know how big that is for you, your personal life, and your family life.

Pricing & Packaging

I offer partnerships ranging from a single team to an entire athletic department, with year-long support that includes on-site launches, leadership development, follow-up visits, and ongoing guidance throughout the year.

For districts, I offer the same hands-on approach scaled across multiple campuses, with multi-year partnership options available.

As a coach's son, I understand that every school is different. I know the gap between what one program can afford and what another can afford can be significant. Because of that, every partnership is built around your program's size, goals, and needs.

My mission is simple: I don't want a school to miss the opportunity to develop better athletes, better leaders, and better young people simply because of budget limitations.

In addition to the BE M.A.D.E. system, I also provide recruiting education and guidance. I want to be upfront; I will never try to beat a kid down or disrespect any parents who trust you with their kids. However, what I won't do is what most "street agents" or "professional specialist coaches" do and tell them anything but the honest truth.

I will always consult with the AD, head coach, or anyone else who is involved, but I have evaluated talent at every level, and I've seen a lot of promising young adults waste years chasing a dream that didn't come true in high school. This is an optional service because of that fact. I have contacts in every sport at the college level and a few at the professional level in the more popular sports. They will give me their honest opinion if it's a sport I am not well versed in or if I feel I owe it to the kid and their parents to consult a professional contact.

I just wanted to be upfront because there will be times when the parents don't like what I have to say, and I understand that, but their child is going to be much better off if they start working on a career instead of playing 5 years of "semi-pro" or "arena" ball. Just wanted to make sure I disclosed that.

Recruiting services also entail speaking to parents, especially parents of younger athletes, about realistic expectations and reaching out to the many contacts I have about players who may be recruitable. Also, if you have a kid that is highly recruitable or just going through the process, I can work directly with these athletes as they navigate a process that has become increasingly complicated.

With NIL, the transfer portal, and countless people offering advice—some good and some not—many families need trusted guidance now more than ever. My goal is to help athletes and families make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and focus on what truly matters both on and off the field.

Most importantly, my goal is to make sure coaches, schools, districts, parents, and athletes benefit from the lessons sports taught me that had nothing to do with size, speed, strength, or talent. The discipline. The accountability. The resilience. The leadership. The ability to handle adversity, embrace discomfort, and keep moving forward when things don't go your way.

Those lessons changed my life far more than football ever did, and I believe they are the same lessons that will help today's athletes succeed long after the final whistle.

Reach out, and let's discuss what makes the most sense for your program.

I'm not here to build my program inside your school.

I'm here to help strengthen yours.
