THE ZTC's
THE GREAT EQUALIZERS
Most programs talk about culture.
They put words on walls, print them on shirts, and mention them in team meetings.
Elite programs do something different.
They intentionally teach, recognize, and reward the behaviors that create champions.
It's not the coaches or parents who teach, recognize, and reward.
It's the players. The best teams are 100% completley player owned and enforced.
That's where the Zero Talent Characteristics (ZTC) come in.
A ZTC is a trait that EVERYONE can be great at IF they CHOOSE to work it daily.
That's why so few individuals, and even fewer teams, use them as their greatest advantage.
Only uniquely disciplined and mentally strong people can make that choice daily.
If you can CHOOSE to methodically work them daily, they become more than choices.
Soon they stop being work. Soon they are just what you do.
They become your habits.
Your habits become your character.
Most importantly, your character becomes your reputation.
CULTURE BUILDER BRACELET CURRICULUMTHE PROCESS IN ACTION
Step 1: Strategic Leadership Selection for draft.
Draft selections must rotate between class, position, offense/defense etc. every pick.
-This method guarantees a balance of experience, positions, and roles within every team.
-Culture only thrives when it is transferred between classes. This process ensures veterans uphold and pass on the standard for newcomers.
Step 2: Bracelet process enforces accountability through lifestyle change.
A lifestyle expected to be lived out anywhere at any moment.
- In the Classroom
- In Social Settings
- In the Community
- At the Facility EVERYWHERE!
Living the standard is not a moment, it's a LIFESTYLE!
Step 3: Recognition, Acknoledgement, and Transfer
-Bracelet holders strength spot and ID a player living out the specific ZTC they have.
-Acknowledges and celebrates the player for living the standard.
-Then passes the bracelet forward for that teammate to wear until he sees another player living the standar
Step 4: Cultivates Great Relationships
Across Entire Team.
The transfer process builds vital connections that bridge traditional social/positional divides.
Strengthens Mutual Accountability
Empowers Emerging Leaders
Cliques dissolve developing the team into a more unified and resilient.
Step 5: Encourages Player Accountability as a Vital Team Strength.
- The bracelet is a responsibility, not a trophy.
- Failure to uphold the standard results in losing the privilege.
- Still Recognized for initial act but reinforces that it must become a LIFESTYLE.
- Complacency is the enemy of progress.
Step 6: Learn to take Ownership of EVERYTHING
As the program matures, athletes will:
Identify Culture
Reinforce Culture
Defend Culture
Preserve the Legacy
Championship Teams are always 100% Player Owned
Coach sets the Standards and Expectations...Players Enforce them.

WHAT ARE THE CULTURE BUILDER BRACELETS?
Here's what you need to understand:
The bracelets are NOT trophies.
They are NOT participation awards.
And they are NOT permanent.
They are a responsibility.
Receiving a bracelet means your teammates and coaches believe you are currently representing that characteristic.
The keyword is CURRENTLY.
The bracelet doesn't recognize what you did once.
It recognizes the standard you consistently choose to live by.
The goal is for every player's lifestyle to ultimately revolve around mastering each ZTC
The objective is not to keep a bracelet.
WHEN THEY MOVE QUICKLY, WE KNOW THE STANDARD IS STARTING TO TAKE HOLD!
The goal of this system is NOT to create better bracelet holders.
The goal is to create better teammates.
