UPDATE on Be M.A.D.E. and Culture Builder Bracelet Timeline
The Be M.A.D.E. Services are currently being tested and refined with partner schools. Some details may change as we continue gathering feedback and results. Just like any gameplan there are some things we will keep and utilize all the time and others we will "toss out".
The goal remains unchanged: building better athletes by developing better people.
Timeline will move quickly now that the book Two Star Starter is out and the first few schools who have worked the Culture Builder Bracelets have had enough time to supply sufficient feedback.
More detail below.
Thank you looking forward to what's to come.
Detailed Timeline and Expectation of Full Services Launch
This part of the project is still evolving.
Several high schools are currently implementing the BE M.A.D.E. Culture Builder System, and we have been working closely together to evaluate what works, what can be improved, and how to create the greatest possible impact for coaches, athletes, and athletic departments.
The early feedback and results have been extremely encouraging; the program is still being refined through real-world implementation.
Detailed pricing, package structures, and service options are still being developed. As additional data, testimonials, and feedback become available from coaches, players, parents, and administrators, I will be able to provide more specific information regarding program options, athlete numbers, sport coverage, implementation models, and long-term partnership opportunities.
The CULTURE BUILDER BRACELETS will serve as the foundation of the entire system and will likely become the entry point for many schools interested in improving culture, accountability, leadership, and player ownership. However, the vision extends far beyond bracelets.
Future offerings may include the following:
• Culture Builder Bracelet System Implementation
• Athletic Department Partnerships
• Coach Development and Leadership Training
• Athlete Character Development Programs
• Parent Education Programs
• Team and Athletic Department Speaking Engagements
• Recruiting Guidance and Mentorship
• Ongoing Culture and Leadership Consulting
The purpose of this website is not to sell a finished product. It is to introduce an idea, start conversations, gather feedback, and connect with coaches and athletic directors who believe sports should still be used to develop character, accountability, discipline, leadership, and resilience.
I hope to utilize the collective experience of athletic directors, head coaches, and mentors I have been fortunate to learn from throughout my career, combined with my own experiences as a two-star recruit, a college athlete, an NFL player, a coach, and someone who had to overcome injuries and setbacks and ultimately face the reality that every athletic career eventually comes to an end.
I genuinely believe this system can help schools strengthen culture, give coaches more time, reduce unnecessary distractions, and create greater player ownership.
Most importantly, I believe it can help restore many of the lessons that made sports so valuable in the first place—the lessons that continue to impact us long after the final game has been played.
The world won't remember every play you made.
But it will spend a lifetime experiencing the person those plays helped build.
